Student success at District Badminton Competition

Our students are celebrating success following the District Badminton Competition on 6th December 2017.
In Year 8, students Matt Westby and Dan Draper celebrated being winner and runner-up respectively, playing in the final against each other, with Matt winning to be unbeaten in 10 games!
Tom Winstanley and Joel Evans also won the doubles unbeaten! Amazing performances!
In Year 9, we congratulate Reece Boardman, Louis Neilson and Jack Redding who represented Burscough in the tournament, with Reece getting through to the semi-finals and Louis and Jack winning the doubles!
