Year 7 Girls Football February 2019

On Wednesday 13th February 2019, our Y7 girls football team travelled to Ormskirk School to take part in the West Lancashire girls football competition. The girls finished 3rd overall after taking part in two fixtures against St Bede's Catholic High School, Ormskirk, which they drew 1-1, and Ormskirk who went onto win the competition. The girls thoroughly enjoyed it and showed tenacity and team spirit throughout. Amy scored two amazing goals and there was some great goalkeeping by Niamh in both games. Well done Burscough Priory Academy!
